【Abstract】 The shortcomings of the public lighting in current buildings are analyzed and expounded,they should be totally changed in urgent.The existing electricity-saving measures are of many hidden troubles,and the model programs’practical values are lower.It is hopefully considered that the high-efficiency distribution can be widely applied.The disordered market constrains the advancement of technology,the new EPM plan will become the foreground of photovoltaic application.更多还原
