【摘要】 目的掌握湖北省输入性疟疾的发病态势,为制定防控措施提供依据。方法统计全省输入疟疾疫情和调查资料,分析输入性疟疾发病人群、时间、地点及防控效果。结果 2005～2009年全省共发生输入性疟疾115例,占报告病例的1.68%,其中恶性疟58例(混合感染三日疟1例),死亡1例,间日疟55例,卵形疟2例。发病年龄在21～68岁之间,男性占95.65%,女性占4.35%。输入性疟疾主要来自非洲及东南亚等15个国家和地区,在我国为云南和海南。输入疟疾的发现及治疗时间为0～3天,占57.39%;4-10天,占26.96%;11-20天,占6.96%;21天以上占17.42%。结论输入性疟疾逐年呈上升态势,将进一步加强出、回国人员信息交流,开展流动人员疟防知识宣传,增强个人防护意识,及时治疗和监测疟疾病例,遏制二代病例的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To grasp the trend of the development of imported malaria cases so as to establish the measure of prevention and control.Methods The imported malaria cases were collected,and the distribution of infected cases,time,place of being affected and outcome of control were analyzed.Results There were 115 imported malaria cases occupying 1.68% of the reported caseas in 2005-2009.Among them,58 cases were falciparun(1 case mixed with quartan malaria)1 death,and 55 cases were vivax、and 2 cases were oval,The age was from21 to 68 Male was 95.65% female,4.35%.The falciparum cases were infected in 15 countries and regions in Africa、Southeast Asia and also inYunnan、Hainan in China.The time of discovery and treatment period was:57.39% ( 0~3 days)、26.96%(4~10days)、6.96%(11~20days)and(17.42%)over 21 days.Conclusions The number of imported malaria case is increasing yearly.Therefore,the information exchange of travellers should be timely collected,health education for travellers should be improved,self-awareness of malaria protection should be enhanced,surveillance and treatment should be implemented,all these is to curb the occurrence of second-generation cases.更多还原
