【摘要】 目的探讨应用射频热凝联合臭氧融盘治疗神经根颈椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法2005年6月~2009年6月,对92例根颈椎间盘突出症患者行射频热凝联合臭氧融盘,并作术后随访分析。结果全部病例术后3~6个月随访,优59例、良20例、可5例、差8例,优良率85.9%。结论应用射频热凝联合臭氧融盘的优势互补技术是一种行之有效的微创治疗方法,从而使治疗效果达到最大化,使局部损伤降低到最小化,拓展了适应证,扩大了微创技术在根型颈椎间盘突出症治疗中的应用空间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of plasma radiofrenquency ablation combined with ozone in treating cervical vertebrae disc herniation.Methods This therapy was used on 92 patients with prolapse of cervical vertebrae intervertebral disc,and follow-up data were analysed after operation.Results According to 3～6 months postoperative follow-up data,59 cases were excellent,20 cases good,5 cases fair,and 8 cases bad: 85.9 percent of the patients with excellent or good results.Conclusion The micro-invasive method was effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.in that it maximized the clinical effect and minimized the local damage.And it also expanded adaptive cases with cervical vertebrae disc herniation and enlarged the applicable scope of microendoscopic disectomy in treating lumbar disc herniation.更多还原
