水温对大鼠鼻黏膜的影响
Effect of water in different temperature on rats’ nasal mucous
【摘要】 目的观察不同水温刺激后大鼠鼻黏膜的损伤及修复过程的形态学变化。方法144只大鼠随机分为37、50、70℃组,每组以相应温度的生理盐水滴在大鼠双侧鼻中隔黏膜(各0.05ml)30次,每分钟1次。每组分别在滴鼻的第15、30分钟以及滴鼻后第1、3、7、14、28、42天取刺激区鼻中隔黏膜行光镜和电镜下观察。结果与37℃比较,50、70℃组在滴鼻的第15、30分钟以及滴鼻后第1、3天,黏膜损伤明显,尤其70℃组在滴鼻后第3天的黏膜损伤最为严重。50℃组第7天渐恢复,第14天基本恢复,70℃组在第28天仅少数恢复,42天后仍未完全恢复。结论50、70℃水温均可损伤鼻黏膜,50℃组2周后可修复,70℃组预后较差。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the pathological changes of rats’ nasal mucosa injured by water in different temperature.METHODS 144 rats were divided into 37,50,70℃ groups,nasal mucous of each group were stimulated by corresponding temperature of water 0.05 ml×30 times during 30 min,pathological changes of rats’ nasal mucosa were observed by light and electron microscope at the 15min,30min,1,3,7,14,28,42 days.RESULTS Compared with 37℃ group,pathological changes of rats’ nasal mucosa were obvious in 50,70℃ groups at the 15min,30min,1,3 days after stimulation,pathological changes of rats’ nasal mucosa were serious in 70℃ groups at the 3 day.Pathological changes recovered in 50℃ group at the 7 day,the structure were normal at the 14day.Pathological changes were recovered in few in 70℃ groups at the 28 day.The structure were even abnormal at the 42 day.CONCLUSION Rats’ nasal mucosa can be damaged by 50,70℃ of water,pathological changes recover in 50℃ group at the 14 day,the prognosis of 70℃ groups is bad.
