【摘要】 目的探讨微血管减压术(MVD)治疗面肌痉挛(HFS)所发生的术后短期听力损害的病因、预防及处理措施。方法回顾性分析潍坊医学院附属医院及清华大学玉泉医院于2008年8月至2009年4月期间应用微血管减压术治疗面肌痉挛526例术后出现听力损害(耳鸣,听力严重减退或丧失)的情况。结果526例中听力严重减退或丧失12例(2.28%),耳鸣22例(4.18%)。随访3~7个月,平均5.2个月,好转18例,无明显变化11例,加重5例。结论术后听力损害产生的原因较复杂,恢复较难,强调以预防为主,娴熟而精细的手术操作技巧能够有效降低其发生率,一旦出现听力损害,应早期应用适当的处理措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the cause,prevention and measures of hearing impairment after microvascular decompression(MVD) for hemifacial spasm(HFS).Methods A retrospective analysis hearing impairment information of 526 patients with HFS who had been treated by MVD in the affiliated hospital of Weifang Medical University and Yuquan hospital of Tsinghua University from Aug.2008 to Apr.2009.Results Hearing disability or impairment severe was 12(2.28%),the tinnitus was 22(4.18%).The mean follow-up duration was 5.2 months(3-7months).After follow-up,18 patients who had improved,11 patients who had no conspicuously changed and 5 patients who had aggravated.Conclusion The factors related to the hearing impairment after MVD are very complicated.Recovering from the hearing impairment is difficult,we should be actively prevented.The rate of hearing impairment can be degraded significantly by the practiced and subtile operative procedure skill.Once the hearing impairment has been occurred,adequate measures should be applied early.更多还原
