【摘要】 目的探讨负载自体肿瘤抗原的树突状细胞(DC)疫苗联合细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞(C IK)治疗鼻腔、鼻窦恶性黑色素瘤的疗效。方法对15例鼻腔鼻窦恶性黑色素瘤患者在常规手术后2周,通过体外培养扩增DC及C IK细胞,并静脉回输,进行免疫治疗,观察患者临床症状改善及生活质量改善状况及近期疗效,利用流式细胞仪检测回输前后患者T细胞亚群及NK细胞变化。结果15例接受自体DC及C IK细胞治疗患者中,治疗前后患者临床症状有明显改善,提高率达86%,自体回输免疫治疗后,CD3+、CD4+T细胞和NK细胞(CD16+、CD56+)及CD4+/CD8+比例均显著提高(P<0.01)。结论负载自体肿瘤抗原的DC疫苗联合C IK治疗鼻腔、鼻窦恶性黑色素瘤可以提高患者免疫功能,改善临床症状,提高生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapy effect of DC(dendritic cells)and CIK(cytokine-indeced killer) in sinonasal malignant melanoma.Methods Dc cells and CIK cells were induced and amplified from PBMC of 15 patients with sinonasal malignant melanoma after operation and transfused back to patients,meanwhile,clinical and immunologic reponses were observed.Results The immunotherapy of DC and CIK can alleviate symptoms and improve immune functions of the patients(the levels of CD3+ 、CD4+ 、CD4+/ CD8+ 、CD16+、CD56+) were increased significantly(P<0.01)as compared with those before treatment.Except transient fever and chill,no remarkable adverse event happened during before and after the treatment.Conclusion DC cells in combination with CIK cells shows short-term efficacy on sinonasal malignant melanoma through inducing specific antitumor immunity and the adverse events are tolerable.更多还原
