基于线结构光的汽车涂装瑕疵检测的研究

【摘要】 提出了一种汽车涂装过程中的瑕疵检测方法,该方法使用线结构光法,将光条投射到汽车涂装后的表面,当有瑕疵存在时,光条的平滑性发生变化,据此可以对涂装瑕疵进行检测。对提出的方法进行了瑕疵检测仿真,结果表明了检测方法的可行性和有效性。

【Abstract】 A defect inspection method of car painting was proposed,which is based on line structured light.In the method,a light line was projected onto the surface of painted car.When there was a defect on the surface,the smoothness of the light line was changed.Accordingly,the defect was identified.Simulation experiments were conducted with satisfied results to show the usefulness and feasibility of proposed method.
