基于labview的锂锰钮扣电池视觉平台检测技术研究
Labview-based visual detection technology research platform of lithium-manganese button battery
【摘要】 本论文的研究重点就是根据电池正极表面字符,形状等特征将不同品牌的电池区分开。采用LED光源照明解决了金属表面的反光问题;通过大量实验选取中值滤波及灰度变换的图像预处理方法,为图像准确匹配打下基础;利用LabVIEW软件提供的模板匹配相关的函数,综合运用非均匀采样、边缘检测等匹配方法,提出了针对多个电池目标分区域进行模板匹配的检测方案,最终实现了快速、准确的电池分选
【Abstract】 The emphasis of the paper is on the basis of the battery cathode surface character,shape and other characteristics of different brands of batteries to distinguish.By LED lighting to solve the problem of battery metal surface;Selection median filter and gray transformation image preprocessing method,foundation for image matching accurately;Using the LabVIEW software provides relevant functions that contain non-uniform sampling,edge detection and so on matching method.Put forward for multiple target areas for battery of template matching detection protocol.Finally achieved rapid and accurate detection of battery.
