【Abstract】 For the improvement of the biological specimens staining efficiency of transmission electron microscopy,we used self- commanding staining devices which based on traditional staining method,and complete a large number of electron staining of biological specimens within short time.Compared with traditional method,the new method could save time and drug,and reduce the probability of stain contamination.The ultrastructure results observed by electron microscope were more distinct and contrasty.更多还原
