【摘要】 目前全世界藻苔属(Takakia Hatt.et Inoue)有2种:藻苔(Takakia lepidozioides Hatt.et Inoue)和角叶藻苔(Takakia ceratophylla(Mitt.)Grolle)。本文利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜对藻苔(T.lepidozioides Hatt.et Inoue)的孢子体、精子器和颈卵器进行了详细地观察和描述,并和角叶藻苔进行比较。结果表明,藻苔的孢子体、精子器和茎卵器结构与角叶藻苔相似,但孢子体、精子器形态特征和角叶藻苔有所差异。藻苔属植物是苔藓中兼有苔类和藓类两方面特征的类群,是苔藓植物进化中的关键类群,也是一类原始的类群。更多还原

【Abstract】 Two species of Takakia Hatt.et Inoue have been discovered: Takakia lepidozioides Hatt.& Inoue and Takakia ceratophylla (Mitt.) Grolle.The sporophyte,antheridia and archegonium of T.lepidozioides Hatt.& Inoue were observed with LM,SEM and TEM and compared with T.ceratophylla (Mitt.) Grolle.The results showed that the structure of sporophyte,antheridia and archegonium of T.lepidozioides Hatt.& Inoue is similar to T.ceratophylla ( Mitt.) Grolle,but the morphology of sporophyte and antheridia of T.lepidozioides Hatt.& Inoue is different from T.ceratophylla ( Mitt.) Grolle.Takakia is the only group with both characteristics of liverwort and moss.Takakia is a crucial and ancient group in the evolution of bryophyte.更多还原
