【Abstract】 Based on an abstract analysis of the characteristics of collective land conversion in reservoir resettlement, the right and interest of the resulting loss and balance target, this paper, by using field survey, analyzes conflict of interest in reality and propose certain policy improvements about current collective land conversion in reservoir resettlement, including improvement of resource population supporting capacity in resettlement areas, reasonable compensation of land loss of original peasants in resettlement areas and harmonization of the benefits between benefited party and injured party in reservoir construction.更多还原
