光纤陀螺监测系统设计

【摘要】 为了监测光纤陀螺在运行过程中因电源电压、电流及陀螺环境温度变化而直接影响其使用精度甚至系统运行出现故障等问题,设计了一种基于DSP的实时自动数字监测系统,将监测到的陀螺运行状态数据通过LCD显示;将采集到的温度信号通过接口电路传递到温控系统;当监测到系统运行异常时可自动关闭系统以达到对陀螺的保护作用。本系统提高了光纤陀螺的可靠性及安全性。

【Abstract】 In this paper,a real time automatic digital monitoring system based on DSP was designed in order to monitor the power supply voltage、current and temperature of the FOG.These factors will directly affect the accuracy of the FOG,even the breakdown of the FOG.The obtained data of these factors was not only screened on the LCD but also brought back to the PC. The temperature information is also sent to the temperature control system based on FPGA.When the obtained data shows that the FOG is not working in a good state,the monitoring system can make the FOG shutdown.Reliability and security of the FOG are enhanced by this system.
