【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the defect of existing terminal-access mechanisms,proposes a new way of maintain-accessing which the access gateway keeps the pre-disconnect information and retains the network-layer connection of the terminal.When the terminal re-access in a short time,the gateway only do with the reconstruction of link-layer so as to greatly reduce the access latency and ensure the service continuity of the network-layer.更多还原
