某复合材料机载构件制造工艺研究
Development of the Composite Material Part Used in an Airborne Radar
【摘要】 树脂基碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)具有轻质、高强度、高刚度的优点,在航空航天领域获得了日益广泛的运用。针对某机载结构件的特点,选择合适的材料和工艺方法,进行了模具设计、仿真分析、成型工艺、机械加工等方面的研究和实践,最终获得了达到应用要求的复合材料构件,对类似问题的解决提供了参考。
【Abstract】 As Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer(CFRP) has characteristics of light weight,high strength and high rigidity,it is widely used in aeronautics and astronautics industry.In this paper the proper material and process according to features of the part ane used for the research and practice process as following: design of mold,simulation,molding,mechanical cutting,and we got the part formed by composite material which is met the application requirement.As a successful application,this case can be made reference for similar problems.
