车轮热轧轮胚尺寸激光测量系统的研究

【摘要】 采用激光测量和视觉测量相结合的方法设计了车轮热轧轮胚尺寸激光测量系统的硬件结构和测量方案,设计了系统的靶标标定方法,并针对高温状态的曲面尺寸进行了测量实验。通过分析实验结果,得到测量系统对于常温状态下车轮轮辋相关尺寸单次测量的标准差分别为0.3865mm、0.1862mm和0.1561mm,20~1000℃热态测量时,测量结果的标准差为0.0390mm。

【Abstract】 A laser measurement system was designed in the paper,which could measure the hot-rolling wheel size by combining the principle of laser measurement and the method of vision measurement.The hardware structure of the measurement system and the measurement programs were described.At the same time,the way how to calibrate the target of measurement system was demonstrated,and the measurement of toroidal size at the condition of high temperature was carried out.The results showed that the single standard deviation of the wheel size measured at the condition of room temperature was 0.3865 mm,0.1862 mm and 0.1561 mm,respectively.When the measurement was carried out at 20 ℃ ~ 1000 ℃,the standard deviation was 0.0390 mm.
