双绞线电磁干扰防护研究
Investigation on EMI protection of twisted wires
【摘要】 水下自航器紧凑而狭小的结构要求其内部大量的线缆成束敷设,这使得线缆串扰问题成为其系统电磁兼容性设计一个关键考虑因素,双绞线凭借其良好的电磁兼容(EMC)特性在水下自航器中被广泛采用。基于线缆串扰的传输线模型,对比分析了单线与双绞线的抗干扰特性,并重点对双绞线端接不同负载下的抗干扰能力进行了仿真与试验研究。试验结果表明双绞线端接负载对其抗干扰能力有比较明显的影响,实际电磁兼容工程设计中必须予以考虑。研究结果可用于指导水下自航器中线缆布局的电磁兼容性优化设计。
【Abstract】 A large number of cables confined by compact and small structures lay in bundles in Underwater Autopilot,which makes crosstalk between wires in bundles be a key consideration of system-level electromagnetic compatibility(EMC) design for Underwater Autopilot.With favorable EMC performance twisted wires have been widely used in Underwater Autopilot.Based on the transmission line model,comparative analysis on anti-jamming performance between single wire and twisted wires is implemented in present and simulation and experiment with respect to twisted wires with various load terminations are carried out.It is suggested that anti-jamming performance of twisted wires be evidently influenced by various load terminations,which must be taken into account carefully in EMC engineering design.The conclusions of the paper can present the guidance for EMC optimal design of bundles layout in Underwater Autopilot.
