极低频磁场对叶绿素吸收光谱的影响和机制分析

【摘要】 以银杏叶绿素为研究对象,通过极低频磁场激励,研究频率、作用时间和磁感应强度三个作用量对其紫外/可见吸收光谱的影响.结果表明磁场激励对叶绿体中心离子谱带的影响比较明显;吸收峰的位置随磁感应强度的变化,主要向长波方向移动;三个作用量中,脉冲频率的作用效应最明显.

【Abstract】 Chlorophyll of Ginkgo Biloba as the research object,the influence which the frequency actuation duration and the magnetic induction density effect on the UV / Vis absorption spectra is studied under excitation of low extremely frequency magnetic fields.The results shows it is obvious that the magnetic fields excitation effect on the central ion bands of the chloroplast;With the change of the magnetic induction intensity, the position of absorption peak is removes towards to long—wave direction primarily;in the three actuating quantity,the role effect of pulse frequency is the most obvious.
