平板裂缝天线机器视觉测量系统研究及设计
Research and Design of Machine Vision Measurement Systems for Planar Slotted Antenna
【摘要】 机器视觉测量是用视觉传感器采集目标图像,通过对图像各种特征的分析处理,获取信息的一种测量方法。机器视觉技术的研究,大多停留在理论研究和小尺寸零件的测量上,对于平板裂缝天线等大尺寸、复杂结构件的测量研究与实现还是空白。本研究利用传动控制台的精确定位功能实现了高精度的图像拼接,解决了平板裂缝天线参数量大、特征值小、精度要求高以及三坐标机等仪器无法测量的问题。
【Abstract】 Machine vision measurement is a method to obtain useful information by using a visual sensor to collect pictures,and further making analysis and processing of picture characteristics. The study of machine vision technique is now mostly limited in the theory study and the measurement on small-sized devices and components,and it has not been applied in the measurement study and implement on large-sized and complicated structure parts,such as planar slotted antenna,etc. The paper uses the precise locating function of driving console to implement high-accuracy picture merging,thus resolving the problem of a large number of parameters,small eigenvalue and high accuracy requirements of planar slotted antenna that 3D machine can not measure.
