虚拟数字频率特性测试仪的软件平台实现

【摘要】 为了完成对微波电路网络的频率特性测试,本文阐述了基于虚拟仪器的频率特性测试软件平台的设计实现,介绍了应用此平台的数字频率特性测试系统的组成原理,该软件平台基于Lab Windows/CVI实现,通过主机串口与硬件接口通信,它包含丰富的测量功能,还应用了对发送数据优化组合和对接收数据修正误差的方案。测试实际电路的结果表明,基于此平台的虚拟数字测试仪可以很好地完成频率特性测试,并且操作方便、测量精度高,具有很强的实用性和扩展性。

【Abstract】 In order to measure the frequency characteristic of microwave circuit networks,this paper presents a software platform of frequency characteristic test based on Virtual Instruments,and introduces test system based on this platform,the software platform was realized based on the development tool named Lab Windows/CVI,communicating with hardware interface through the com serial of computer,it has abundant measurement function,and applied the solution of sending data optimized and receiving data adjusted.The result of testing the circuit networks shows that a virtual digital test instrument based on the platform can measure the frequency test with facility operation and high accuracy,and it has farther practicality and expansibility.
