【摘要】 鸡传染性支气管炎病毒(IBV)具有高度变异的特点,在养鸡业中不断发生变异,产生较多的血清型和基因型,且不同血清型之间缺乏交叉保护,常常导致养鸡生产中的免疫失败,防控难度较大,给我国养鸡业造成巨大经济损失。论文从IBV变异的分子机制(基因点突变、插入和缺失以及同源重组)、变异的理论基础(基因突变、基因重组)等方面阐述了IBV的变异机理,同时对IBV疫苗研究现状进行了综述,为鸡传染性支气管炎的免疫防控及相关研究提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Avain infectious bronchitis virus has the characteristics of high variability,lots of serotypes and genotypes.Immune failure always happens in chicken farms for lacking of cross protection between different serotypes,it causes great economic losses to the poultry industry in our country.The paper focused on the main research status of the molecular mechanisms of variability(including point mutations of genes,inserting genes,loss of genes and homologous recombination of genes),theoretical basis of variability(including gene mutations and gene recombinations) and vaccine of IBV,laying a good foundation for understanding the immunity,prevention and evolution of IBV and control of IB.更多还原
