【摘要】 α肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)是一种由多核巨细胞产生的有广泛生物学活性的细胞因子,具有调节机体的免疫功能和导致肿瘤细胞坏死的特性。随着对TNF-α生物学活性研究的深入,TNF-α与各种疾病的关系越来越紧密,在许多疾病的研究中都将其作为检测的重要指标。论文通过对TNF-α的基因结构、在组织中的分布、生物学功能和检测方法的叙述,为有关TNF-α在生物学和医学方面更深入的研究提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tumor necrosis factor-α produced by the multinucleated macrophages has extensive biological activity.It is role of regulation of the body’s immune function and necrosis of some tumor cells.As further research of the biological activity of TNF-α,it is well-known that relationship between TNF-α and the various diseases is close.TNF-α is an important detective index in the study of many diseases.This paper reviewed the molecular structure,distribution of tissue,biological function and inspection methods of TNF-α,which provide the references for further study of TNF-α in biology and medicine.更多还原
