犬股骨远端髁间T型骨折内固定实验模型的建立
Establishment of Experimental Model of Internal Fixation for Canine Femoral Condyle T Fracture
【摘要】 为创建犬股骨远端髁间T型骨折并同期行内固定术的实验动物模型,观察这种内固定术后的愈合情况。对8条成年犬通过截骨的方法制作动物模型,并分别于术后1d、1周、2周、4周、8周、12周对实验犬进行X线检查。除一条实验犬创口感染形成假关节外,其余的犬对手术耐受良好,X线检查显示,随着固定时间延长,骨折间隙逐渐变窄,骨痂从无到有,骨折线从开始模糊到消失。本实验模型中采用的内固定方法能很好的治愈犬股骨远端髁间T型骨折。
【Abstract】 An animal model of canine femoral condyle T fracture with internal fixation was created,then the recovery was observed.The model were made by transverse osteotomies for eight dogs and X-ray examination was done on 1 day and 1,2,4,8,12 week after operation.Dogs had good tolerance to surgery except one who has false articulation due to infection.The X-ray examination of the other seven dogs showed that fracture fissure became narrow gradually,bone callus appeared and bone fracture line disappeared gradually as fixation time prolonged.Internal fixation used in the experimental models can effectively heal canine femoral condyle T fractures.
