大型油压机多泵组合控制时间优化分析
The Optimization of Controlling Time for the Large Multi-pump Hydraulic Machine
【摘要】 本文通过使用多泵组合控制,控制油压机换向时压力的变化,减少对机器的冲击。并通过MATLAB仿真,确定了分时启动油泵的优化时间,使输出流量近似正弦。从而可以有效降低大型油压机的冲击和经济成本。
【Abstract】 By use of multi-pumps to control the pressure change of hydraulic press when the direction changes,the impact to the press has been reduced.Through the MATLAB simulation,the optimal time of starting pump gradually has been confirmed,which makes the output flow like sinusoidal.Finally the impacts to the large hydraulic press and the cost have been reduced.
