【Abstract】 The research and manufacture of a large-sized precise NC hydraulic press for thermal forming process have been introduced in the text. The press takes use of advanced two-way cartridge valve system and imported electric pump technology which can realize double closed loop control of pressure and flow rate. The mould heating is heated by thermal oil,which will not only improve the rate of heat exchange but also be energy-efficient and environmental friendly.
