高功率阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池的设计
Design of high power VRLA battery
【摘要】 从减缓VRLA电池极化的角度来阐述高功率阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池(VRLA)的设计要点。结果表明:极板配比、负板栅结构、极群装配压缩比、单体连接方式、负正活性物质比值对VRLA电池高功率放电特性有较大的影响。
【Abstract】 The design of high power VRLA battery was expatiated in this paper from decreasing the polarization of VRLA battery.The result indicates that the number of plates,structure of negative grid,press of pole assemble,cell connect mode,ratio value of active matter affect the high-power discharge performance of VRLA battery.
