铅酸蓄电池正极板栅用铅基稀土合金的研究
Investigation of lead-rare earth alloys as positive grid of lead-acid battery
【摘要】 采用线性电位扫描法(LSV)、交流阻抗(EIS)、交流伏安法(ACV)、开路电位(OCP)等方法研究了铅-稀土合金作为铅酸蓄电池正极板栅的性质。实验结果表明,稀土元素Sm,La或者La-Ce混合稀土的加入能抑制阳极膜中高阻抗的Pb(II)化合物的生长,降低腐蚀膜的阻抗,并增加膜的孔隙率。同时增加了析氢析氧的过电位,从而抑制了氢气和氧气的析出,有利于电池免维护性能的提高。
【Abstract】 The anodic behavior of lead-rare earth alloys in sulfuric acid solution has been studied using linear sweep voltammetry (LSV),electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS),A.C.voltammetry,and open circuit potential-time.The experimental results show that the rare-earth (lanthanum,samarium,lanthanum-cerium) elements in the lead alloys can inhibit the growth of the anodic Pb (Ⅱ) films,reduce the resistivity of the anodic Pb (Ⅱ) films,and increase the porosity.Moreover,the hydrogen overpotential and oxygen overpotential of the electrodes with rare earth are higher than the counterparts,which is helpful to improve the maintenance-free property of lead acid battery.
