基于板料成形数值模拟的覆盖件模具结构优化
Die structural optimization of automobile panel based on numerical simulation of sheet metal forming
【摘要】 针对汽车覆盖件模具,提出一种基于板料成形模拟的模具结构拓扑优化方法,得到了新型的模具结构。先通过板料成形数值模拟得到板料对模具的作用力,经格式转换后,将模面节点力导入施加到模具的三维有限元模型上进行结构拓扑优化。运用该方法优化某后备门外板模具结构,经对比分析发现,优化后二次设计的模具结构相对于传统结构具有更高的刚度和更轻的质量,优于传统结构。
【Abstract】 Aimed at optimizing the structure of automobile panel die,a method of structural topological optimization based on the simulation of sheet metal forming was proposed.And then,a new-style structure was designed.The boundary forces that blank acted on die surface were obtained from the sheet metal forming simulation.The nodal forces were transformed and applied on 3-D finite element method(FEM) model of die for the topological optimization.An outer decklid was selected to testify this methodology.Comparing the FEM analysis result of re-engineering structure with traditional structure,it is found that the re-engineering structure has a better performance than traditional with higher stiffness and less mass.
