【摘要】 介绍了一套基于虚拟仪器技术的剩余电流式电气火灾监控探测器智能检测系统设计方案。系统以工业控制计算机为核心,配置高精度数据采集卡、信号调理电路、三相大电流发生器和气动夹具等组成系统硬件平台,采用先进的虚拟仪器技术——LabVIEW 7 Express软件开发平台自行开发相关测试及数据分析与处理软件,实现数据采集和处理,可满足剩余电流式电气火灾监控探测器产品出厂时的综合性能检验需求。经实际应用表明,该系统具有测试精度高、检测效率高、操作方便和维护简单等优点。

【Abstract】 A design scheme of intelligent test system for residual current fire monitoring detector based on virtual instrument technology was introduced.The control core of the system was industrial control computer system.The system hardware platform consisting of data acquisition board,signal modulate circuit,three-phase current generator and pneumatic fixture,etc.Using LabVIEW virtual instrument technology platform,the related test and data processing program codes were developed,and its high speed data acquisition and data processing could satisfy the demands of residual current fire monitoring detector ex-factory comprehensive performance test.Practical application showed that the system had the following properties:high precision,high efficiency,easy to operate and maintain.
