基于ANSYS的断路器双金属耦合分析

【摘要】 利用ANSYS软件建立了断路器双金属有限元分析模型,运用直接耦合方法对双金属进行了三维热-电耦合分析和二维热-应力耦合分析。仿真得到的双金属温度分布云图和温度随时间变化的曲线与实测结果基本吻合;通过双金属的变形分布云图和应力分布云图得到了各节点位移的详细数据。

【Abstract】 Models of circuit breaker double-metal were built by ANSYS,then the 3D thermal-electric coupling and the 2D thermal-stress coupling analysis of double-metal were carried out by direct coupling method.The nephogram of temperature distribution of double-metal and the curve of temperature VS time were obtained by simulation.The results were basically identical with the actual measurements.With the nephogram of deformation and stress distribution,thus the particular data of nodal displacement were acquired.
