BT25钛合金化学成分对高温强度的影响
The Influence of Chemical Composition on the High Temperature Strength of BT25 Titanium Alloy
【摘要】 采集了BT25钛合金β锻不同锻件用原材料的化学成分及高温拉伸测试结果。通过对比分析认为,A l、Zr、Sn三种元素对锻件高温性能影响很大。A l应按中限控制,Zr、Sn按偏上限控制。
【Abstract】 This paper has collected the examination results of chemical composition and high temperature tensile test of raw material used for different beta forging of BT25 titanium alloy.The contrastive analysis result shows that the influence of aluminum(Al),zirconium(Zr) and tin(Sn) on high temperature tensile property of forgings is very much.Al shall be controlled to the middle limit,and Zr and Sn shall be controlled to about upper limit.
