【摘要】 储存图书馆是在文献快速增长、读者个性化需求不断释放以及馆舍空间日渐匮乏环境下,针对低用率文献采取的储存方案。特别是大学图书馆,在向信息共享空间转型的过程中,对空间的需求更为强烈,多机构联合储存将成为一种趋势。该文综合国外储存图书馆的研究和实践,分析其要素和特点,为我国大学图书馆低用率文献的合作储存提供参考和启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 Repository library is a solution of low use collection storage for multi institutions to deal with the rapid growth of collection,patron’s individual need and premises of space shortages.Particularly for university libraries,the demand for space is more intense in the course of the restructuring to Information Commons.Thus shared storage will become a trend.The paper reviews research and practices of storage library on aboard,analyses the functions and factors,and provides some suggestions on cooperative storage for the low use collections in Chinese university libraries.更多还原
