【摘要】 知识共享与版权保护的冲突正成为制约我国数字图书馆发展的瓶颈问题,探讨协调二者之间矛盾的可实施解决方案成为当前研究面临的关键问题。作者在深入分析与归纳ART-stor数字图书馆在知识共享与版权保护方面所采用管理措施的基础上,以其具体措施为佐证,提出了非营利数字图书馆以5项原则和5类措施为核心的解决知识共享与版权保护矛盾的管理解决方案。作者认为,只有对这些具体管理措施的综合运用,才有助于平衡用户和版权人各方权益。更多还原

【Abstract】 The conflict between knowledge-sharing and copyright protection is becoming a bottleneck constraining the development of China’s digital libraries.Exploring the operational solutions to resolve the conflict is urgent issue.On the basis of analyzing the management measures that ARTstor Digital Library has adopted,the author proposes the management solutions with five principles and five measures as core for handling the conflicts between knowledge sharing and copyright protection,supported by ARTstor’s specific measures.The author thinks that only the integrated use of these specific measures can help to balance the interests of different sectors.更多还原
