【摘要】 近年来,高校图书馆既有经费缺乏问题,也有特殊时期经费暴增的问题。为科学合理地使用经费,在宏观上,图书馆应建立健全预算管理制度,并对预算执行情况进行严格评估;在微观上,采取适度的复本控制、零外借图书控制、适度的折扣率控制、文献数据库产品精选等措施,全面提升文献经费使用效率。更多还原
