Based on the introduction to the characteristics of the workflow of the e-journals management,this article makes a case study of the foreign managing mode of e-journals.Combining the experiences of foreign countries with the practical situation in China,the authors probe into the construction of the Chinese managing patterns of e-journals from the following aspects: reorganization of the workflow;establishment of special departments,reset the posts of the library,etc..
