【Abstract】 In practical work,the operability and practicality of the research results of the knowledge management theories are not satisfying,the causes are manifold,but they are no more than the library cultural environment,organizational structure,resources management system,professional workflow,technical basis.Starting from the reality of the Library of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics,the author holds that it is necessary to draw lessons form experiences in knowledge management home and abroad,to accelerate the implementation of work of knowledge management.更多还原
