【Abstract】 It is one year since the TARP has been implemented by the government of USA.With the help of Government funds,major financial institutions have tended to resolve the crisis and begun to profit,but a lot of middle or small banks and loan bodies are bankrupted,the numbers of unemployment are still increasing and the ordinary people live harder.TARP does not deal with the root causes of problems in,on the contrary,it makes a lot of capital flow into foreign banks or private pockets and some relief funds can not be recovered.All the facts show that the Government of USA is designed to protect the interests of big capitalists and it is their background and the general capitalist.The power of USA is in the interests of the bourgeoisie.更多还原
