【Abstract】 Due to efficiently solve spectrum resource shortage and low spectrum utilization rate problems, dynamic spectrum access has become a research focus. It can allow the unlicensed users to dynamically share the spectrum that is not used by the primary licensed users without interference by means of dynamic radio frequency spectrum management policy. This paper presents a comprehensive survey on the detecting and avoiding technology of dynamic spectrum access. Their primary virtues and deficiencies are also analyzed and discussed. Some problems worthy of further study and probably developing trends in the dynamic spectrum access field are presented.更多还原
