建立粗氖氦中氖气含量的分析方法
Establish An Analysis Method For Neon Content in Crude Ne/He
【摘要】 通过采用热导色谱仪,对空分生产的粗氖氦中氖、氢和氦等组分的检测进行探讨,建立了一种准确定量粗氖氦中氖气含量的分析方法。
【Abstract】 Use the TCD chromatograph to study on the detection of component like neon,hydrogen,helium content in crude Ne/He from air separation,and establish an accurate quantities approach for neon content in crude Ne/He.
