改性5A分子筛吸附分离CO2/N2的研究
Adsorption-Separation of CO2/N2 by Modified 5A Molecular Sieve
【摘要】 考察了低浓度CO2[7.3%(V/V)]在不同种类吸附剂上的动态吸附性能;讨论了吸附剂表面极性、孔道结构、载水预处理及金属盐改性等因素对吸附过程的影响。结果表明,5A分子筛经铝溶胶粘合剂成型后对CO2的吸附性能最佳;重复使用6次,对CO2吸附容量无明显下降;金属离子改性处理会造成其孔道的堵塞而导致CO2吸附容量下降。
【Abstract】 In this paper,different types of adsorbents for the capture of 7.3%(V/V) CO2 were investigated.The following factors are discussed as effects of the adsorption process of molecular sieve: adsorbent surface polarity,pore structure,water pretreatment,modification of metal salts.The results show that 5A molecular sieve which is molded by aluminum sol binder has the best adsorption properties of carbon dioxide.After recycling of 5A molecular sieve for 6 times,its CO2 adsorption capacity does not decrease significantly.Modification may cause blocking of the pore and the decline of the CO2 absorption capacity.
