【摘要】 在IEEE P1564给出的电压暂降评估框架的基础上,对IEEE、IEC等国际组织与国内外文献中探讨的部分电压暂降评估指标进行整合,分析其优缺点,并对某些指标进行了改进;分别从单个事件、单个节点及系统的角度提出了建议采纳的指标;对已有判别三相不平衡暂降事件暂降类型的方法进行分析比较,进而建立了包括各种指标计算及特征提取方法在内的较完整的电压暂降评估体系。

【Abstract】 Based on the assessment framework of voltage sags given by IEEE project group P1564,a part of indices discussed in IEEE,IEC and literatures home and abroad are conformed,and the merits and demerits of these indices are analyzed,besides,some of the indices are modified.From the viewpoints of single event,single node and whole system the indices recommended to accept are proposed.Three existing methods to judge the types of voltage sags in three-phase unbalanced voltage sag events are compared and analyzed,and then a relatively complete voltage sag assessment system,in which various index calculation and characteristics extraction methods are included,is established.
