基于露点温度的冻干残余水分含量计算

【摘要】 为估算冻干过程残余水分含量,缩短冻干时间,降低能耗,提出一种新的方法──露点模型法来监控冻干过程物料的水分迁移情况。首先,根据传质原理,建立了相应的数学模型。然后以称重法为参考,对浓度为2%(W/V)的甘露醇(冻干保护剂)进行了模拟研究。实验结果表明该数学模型计算值与实际称重值在趋势上非常吻合。若对露点模型加以进一步完善和修正,将在成批控制冻干样品上呈现出很好的前景。

【Abstract】 In order to estimate the residual moisture content and shorten the freeze-drying time and reduce energy consumption,a new dewpoint-based model was proposed to make sure of the evolution of moisture in freeze-drying process.First,the corresponding mathematical model was established according to the mass transfer theory,then the concentration of 2%(W/V)of mannitol which was used as freeze-drying protective agent was sudied.The results of the new method was compared to weighing method.The experiment results indicate that the mathematical model results are similar to the experiment results in trend.If the dewpoint model can be improved and amended in the future,it will have better prospects in the batch control of freeze-drying products.
