【摘要】 对齐口裂腹鱼(Schizothoraxprenanti)的形态特征、染色体核型和同工酶组织特异性进行了观察和分析。结果显示:齐口裂腹鱼形态学可数性状为背鳍Ⅲ-8,腹鳍Ⅰ-9～10,臀鳍Ⅱ～Ⅲ-5,侧线鳞90～109,侧线上鳞17～24,侧线下鳞14～19,鳃耙数为外侧:14～23,内侧:19～31;其染色体数为2n=132,核型为34m+30sm+24st+44t,臂数NF=196。乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、酯酶(EST)、醇脱氢酶(ADH)、苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)、过氧化物酶(POD)、谷氨酸脱氢酶(GDH)6种同工酶谱在齐口裂腹鱼中有明显的组织特异性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Morphological character,karyotype and tissues specificity of isozyme of Schizothorax prenanti were studied.The results showed:In countable characters,there are Ⅲ-8 dorsal fin-rays,Ⅰ-9～10 ventral fin-rays,Ⅱ～Ⅲ-5 proctal fin-rays,90～109 scale in lateral line,17～24 on the lateral line,14～19 under the lateral line,The number of the outside gill rakers is 14～23,and the intside is 19～31.The study on karyotype showed that the chromosome number is 2n=132,chromosome formula is 34m+30sm+24st +44t,NF is 196.The study on isozymes also showed that the specificity of tissues was observed in LDH,EST,ADH,MDH,POD and GDH.更多还原
