【摘要】 提出一种以车牌中分隔符为参照系的字符分割方法。该方法首先利用分隔符区域投影特征的唯一性,确定分隔符区域所在的区间,然后结合车牌制式的先验知识,构造出以分隔符区域为基准的字符预分割边界,通过分析字符区域的投影特征,可精确地分割出每一个字符。仿真结果表明,该方法分割精度高,具有很强的稳健性。更多还原

【Abstract】 A character segmentation method based on the separator symbol’s frame of reference is proposed in this paper.At first,the separator symbol’s region is figured out by using the uniqueness of separator symbol’s region projection feature.Then,the characters’ borders of pre-segmentation are constructed based on the separator symbol’s region combines some prior knowledge of license plate format.After analyzing the projection feature on character area,each character can be segmented accurately.Experimental results show that this method can segment the license plate characters precisely and robustly.更多还原
