【摘要】 上海城市轨道交通网络化运营管理的首要问题是确保运营安全和服务质量。本文搜集分析国内外典型城市轨道交通网络化运营监管情况,吸收对上海轨道交通有借鉴意义的经验;对照国际地铁协会6大领域、36项运营绩效指标,分析上海城市轨道交通网络化运营现状;并着重就安全运营监管和服务质量监管两大方面提出推进建议,为政府部门制定政策和宏观协调服务提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The gist of Shanghai urban rail transit network operation is to ensure the operational safety and service quality.The paper collects and analyzes the operational supervision of these typical urban rail networks at home and abroad;and takes some good experience for Shanghai rail transit.Compared to the 36 operating performance indicators in six major areas of CoMET,the current situation of Shanghai rail transit network operation is analyzed,and some suggestions focusing on the supervision of safe operation and service quality are proposed,which will provide the basis for government developing policies and making macro-coordination services.更多还原
