萨零配伍液絮状物的成因及影响因素

【摘要】 针对大庆萨零配伍液在配制和注入过程中出现絮状物的情况,进行对比实验和絮状物组成分析.结果表明,NaHCO3不稳定,缓慢分解为Na2CO3,Na2CO3含量过高,是导致配伍液中出现絮状物的主要原因.絮状物主要由Ca-CO3构成,同时含有少量的SO42-和Mg2+.参照现场注入工艺条件,分析温度、压力对萨零配伍液絮状物生成的影响.结果表明,温度升高,Ca2+的沉积速度增加,加剧絮状物的生成;压力升高,Ca2+的沉积速度下降,有抑制絮状物生成的趋势.与压力相比,温度对絮状物生成的影响较大.

【Abstract】 According to the floc in the process of preparation and injection in Daqing oilfield Sa 0 reservoir compatible solution,we conducted comparative experiments and analyzed the composition of the floc.Results show that:NaHCO3 is unstable and it can decompose slowly for Na2CO3,and the high content of Na2CO3 causes the appearance of the floc.The floc mainly contains CaCO3,and also contains a small amount of SO2-4 and Mg2+.Referencing field injection process condition,we analyzed the effect of temperature and pressure on the floc occurring processes.Results show that:with the increase of temperature,the rate of deposition of Ca2+ increase which accelerated the formation of flocs;with the increase of pressure,the rate of deposition of Ca2+ decrease and slowed down the formation of flocs.
