【摘要】 在原有CZ0-40A直流接触器的基础上,利用ANSOFT有限元分析软件包,对钕铁硼稀土永磁材料与大功率电力电子器件IGBT等相结合作用于接触器的电磁系统进行了设计,实现了接触器的电磁强力吸合,永磁保持节能、无噪音的功能。改造后的接触器具有结构简单、成本低、不改变原有接触器外型尺寸,工艺实现容易等优点,既节能又可无噪音运行。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of original CZ0-40A DC contactor,use ANSOFT finite element to analyze the software package.The electromagnetic system of the contactor on which the combination of NdFe rare earth permant magent materials and IGBT power electronic devices etc.are applied has been designed achieving functions of the contactors of strong electromagnetic actuation,permanent magnet energy conservation and noiselessness.Having been improved,the contactor is of a simple stracture,low cost,no changing of the original contactor′s dimensions and the technology to be easily realized,which is not only energy-saving but noise-free operatin.更多还原
