加强电工实验教学,促进学生创新能力的培养
Enhancing Electronic Engineering Experimental Teaching to Promote Cultivation of Students’Innovative Ability
【摘要】 "电工与电子技术实验"教学改革是课程改革的重要组成部分,实验教学中要主动转变教育思想和教育观念,培养学生的创新能力。本文针对实验教学这一人才培养的重要环节,从优化实验内容、实验手段现代化、完善考核方式、开放实验室的建设、优化实验队伍结构几个方面探讨了加强电工实验教学改革,促进学生创新能力培养的问题。
【Abstract】 Teaching reform of the electric and electronic experiment is an important conponent of course reform,the idea and view of education is converted actively,and it is necessary to cultivate students’ innovative ability。From the view point of innovative ability cultivation,the paper analyzed the optimizing experimental contents and methods modenization,improving test rules,construting open lab and optimizing lab staff against the experimental teaching.
