【摘要】 教学团队建设是实施教育质量工程和深化教学改革的重要举措,同时也是教学基层组织改革的新生事物,各高等学校以及上级管理机构纷纷立项开展研究。本文结合具体事例,着重介绍了辽宁省省级电工教学团队的组建结构、基本实践以及实践效果,并借此表明教学团队建设的必要性和具体方法的多样性,旨在进一步探索团队建设的基本理念,使团队建设更加高效和规范。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of teaching teams is an important strategy to fulfill the project of education quality,and a novel thing to innovate the root teaching organizations.Now,it being studied by many of the Universities and their management ministries through some of research projects.In this paper,the Electrotechnical Teaching Team of Liao Ning province is introduced by some real affairs,including its configurations,basic practices and effects.This paper also wants to show that the teaching team constructions are necessary and the ways to built teaching team are various.Hope to explore deeply the primary theories of teaching team construction,and to make this task to more efficiency and standardized.更多还原
