限动芯棒系统转矩匹配控制技术

【摘要】 针对三辊式连轧管机(PQF)生产线中,限动芯棒系统转矩匹配的控制问题,通过解析影响转矩匹配的因素得出电流环响应的差异性是其最主要因素,以转矩匹配原理为出发点,在消化吸收安思意公司控制技术的基础上自行设计了转矩匹配控制器。实践证明该控制器性能良好,满足生产线的工艺要求。该控制器的设计方法具有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 The problem of torque match control in retaining mandrel system for 3-Roll continual tube Rolling PQF processing line was studied.The factors which effected torque match were investigated.The main factor is the differences of current loop response.Combined with theory of torque match,based on the control technology of ASIROBICON,the torque match controller was designed.Practice proves that the control system has played good result.It fulfills technological requirement.The design method has certain reference value.
