永磁同步电机矢量控制与直接转矩控制比较研究

【摘要】 采用SPWM技术的电压法或者滞环控制的电流法实现的矢量控制和直接转矩控制已经在工业界得到广泛的应用。在一台表面式永磁同步电机实验平台基础上,对比了永磁同步电机矢量控制以及永磁同步电机直接转矩控制的控制特性。实验结果表明矢量控制SPWM控制下电流波形平滑,逆变器开关频率恒定,但需要直流母线电压信息以及3个PI调节器实现,滞环电流控制实现电流脉动较大,开关频率不恒定,但无需电压传感器,仅需1个PI调节器即可实现。直接转矩控制本质上也是滞环控制,控制性能与采用滞环电流控制的矢量控制类似。本文得出的结论对不同应用场合具体控制策略的选择具有参考价值。

【Abstract】 The vector control(VC) which with the SPWM voltage method or hysteresis current method and the direct torque control(DTC) are widely used to control the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) in many applications.The comparison of the VC and DTC for the PMSM was given according to the experimental results of a surface PMSM.Experimental results show the current is smooth with the SPWM VC drive and the switching frequency is constant,but it needs a DC bus voltage sensor and 3 PI controllers.The current ripple is high with the hysteresis VC drive and the switching frequency is not constant,but it does not need the voltage sensor and only uses a PI controller.The DTC is a hysteresis control in nature.Thus its control performance is similar with the VC using the hysteresis current control.The conclusion proposed in this paper is useful to determine the control strategy for different applications.
